About Us:

CTTFB, Inc. is a multi-faceted company providing a wide range of services ranging from auditing to security related services, integrated within a high technology environment.  Harry Mottram, the Corporation's President, created CTTFB in 2002 after founding a successful company addressing motor vehicle tax fraud for Connecticut Municipalities in 1998.  Mr. Mottram, a retired State Trooper, had acquired much experience in a variety of management positions during his 25 year career with the Connecticut State Police.  As you will notice in the Company's Mission Statement, its essence is to help make government better.  Therefore, Mr. Mottram has assembled a diverse team of highly qualified individuals who can quickly respond to the client's needs.  Please find a menu of our services on this website.

Our Mission Statement:

 To assist government and private sector entities in the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities through the application of forensic analysis tools and related support services.

To assist state and local governments in achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness in their daily operations through process enhancements and electronic solutions.
 
Objectives: (Municipal Personal Property Tax initiatives)

To assist Connecticut Municipalities in achieving a high level of compliance in the reporting of motor vehicles subject to taxation in their municipality.

To assist Connecticut Municipalities in implementing Electronic Filing, E-file, of annual Personal Property Tax Declarations in order to provide improved and convenient service to taxpayers by simplifying the filing process while providing a clear and complete record of filed information for the Assessor.

To assist Connecticut Municipalities in achieving high accuracy compliance in Personal Property Declaration filings in a fair and equitable manner resulting in accurate total assessments of taxable property.
